Born in 1966, Dr. Mubashir Ahmed Sheikh has been in the Financial Sector for over 25 years, worked in North America, Europe, Asia and Middle East. Dr. Sheikh’s experience in the banking industry spans over Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Private Equity, Trust and Corporate Services and Investment Funds. He has served in financial institutions at senior positions at Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Fortis Bank. He is also the Chairman and Group Founder of CS Global Capital S.A. which has business interest in Financial Services, Real Estate, Alternate Energy, Agriculture and Print Media. Dr. Sheikh has a Doctorate in Investment Banking focused on Mergers and Acquisitions from a very reputable Swiss University in Lausanne, Switzerland. Additionally, he has been a visiting Professor of Finance at Webster University in Geneva for executive Master of Business Administration program.

Born in 1967, Frederik Roman graduated as a commercial engineer (LIBS 1991) and obtained a BA in International Management (NSU 1992). Before Joining CFE as Head of International Business Development, Frederik worked at VINCI Construction Grands Projets, for almost 15 years, especially developing shopping centers and hotels in Eastern Europe for private investors (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Russia). He then moved to Russia and managed a property development entity on behalf of a Swiss private fund.
Mr. Richard Touroude

Born 1955, Richard Touroude obtained his Master of Laws degree in 1980 and immediately joined the engineering subsidiary of the Renault group as Deputy General Counsel. He became General Counsel in 1984. After 1987 he was appointed General Counsel of Sogelerg-Sogreah (engineering subsidiaries of Compagnie Générale d’Electricité), of Lehrer McGovern Bovis, of Bovis S.A. and Bovis International S.A. In 1991 he joined CBC (construction subsidiary of Compagnie Générale des Eaux), in charge of international legal affairs, and Campenon Bernard (Groupe Vivendi) in 1997. In 2001 he was appointed Deputy General Counsel of Vinci Construction Grands Projets, and General Counsel in 2005. He joined CFE in 2009 as International Legal Director. He has been lecturing at the University of Tours (Master of Laws) since 1984 and is a member of several boards of directors.
